Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and sent via standard courier from our Waikato base.

You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order hits the road. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Rural deliveries might take a little longer - we appreciate your patience out in the wild! If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days, flick us an email on coromandelcold@xtra.co.nz and we’ll get straight onto it.

We are proud of what we sell, but if somethings not right, we’ll make it right.

Returns are accepted on faulty products within 20 days of receiving your order, and must be returned clean, unused and in the original packaging.

If anything in your order arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know ASAP.
